Our weekend at the Lake

This past weekend the wonderful family that I nanny for offered their lake house for Cody and I to enjoy before he deploys. We were celebrating my birthday since he will be gone on May 12th (My birthday...May 12....the day of my birth...just in case you didn't know :)) We had such a wonderful time relaxing and goofing off. Sometimes when you picture a lake house you think about like a cabin type place that's old and worn out....not this place! It was about as nice as my normal house! :) Cody and I really felt like we were on a mini vacation. What a blessing the Boren's have been in our life...and what an example of generosity! Here are some pictures from the weekend
This is me in front of the house!

This is the super cool jeep that Katy surprised Dusty with awhile back. They let us park our car and just drive this every where we went. It was fun b/c Cody used to have a jeep and I never really got to ride with him in it b/c it was when we were "just friends" (and by just friends I mean he called me and email me every day and we hung out non stop!)

Ok so funny story....I was looking at a brochure while we were driving and I saw a resort called Sixshooter....I turned to Cody and said, "Who in the world would name their resort Six's Hooter" That's when Cody oh so sweetly burst into uncontrollable laughter, "Sixshooter babe 'six' 'shooter'!!!!" I then turned to him and said, " You sure would never know I graduated from college with a 3.89 GPA" Later that night I asked if you had to pay for movies off of pay-per-view!!!! Just call me Jessica Simpson
Katy and Dusty got this awesome hammock the weekend before we got there. Thank you Katy and Dusty it was the best nap I have had in a long time!
Before our nap time
I was joking around with Cody after our nap and he snapped this shot. He told me I looked like a little Hindu Woman
We went out for a nice steak dinner for my birthday. It was so great just to be together and spend time talking.
Right before I chowed down on a 14 oz steak!
HAHAHA in true Hayley fashion we had to get ice cream...even if that meant stopping at a gas station and getting the ghetto toll house cookie sandwich The o-so-beautiful Lake Tenkiller. God is a brilliant landscaper, painter, lake putter inner, and sky creatinger

THANK YOU KATY AND DUSTY!!!! and of couse my punk-a-chunk STELLA!
