Back in Business

After much begging and pleading from some persistent friends, I have decided to start a minor side business. I started making cakes as a fun side hobby, but now it has turned into something I truly enjoy spending my time doing. Recently at a friends baby shower a guest asked my pregnant friend if she thought I would be willing to make a cake for her baby shower. Thus the idea developed in my head to start a fun side business. Because this will be a new business, my prices are extremely affordable. I am interested in trying new things and developing my skills as a cake decorator. So if you know of anyone who is interested in a cake for a birthday party or a shower, send them my way. I have a vanilla/Italian cream cake and a cinnamon chocolate cake, and am able to do both butter cream and marshmallow fondant. With the fondant I always layer with butter cream first so the consumer has the choice of eating the fondant or removing it.
