So my mom sent out this email with a Christmas survey and I thought it would be fun to post it on the blog, so please copy and paste and answer the questions on your blog!
1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? If I am lazy a bag (not even a Christmas one sometimes!) but for the fam I typically try and do wrapping paper with my moms recycled ribbon
2. Real tree or Artificial? Artificial...for sure less mess, less work, and the lights are already on... (I am seeing a pattern with the laziness)
3. When do you put up the tree? sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas...again depends on the lazy factor
4. When do you take the tree down? hahaha thats funny last year I think it was like mid january
5. Do you like eggnog? Yes with nutmeg
6. Favorite gift received as a child? Probably my porcelain dolls...but as my mother and I were reminiscing on this I remembered how much I loved them and how devastated I was when I broke them pretty much the same day I got them
7. Hardest person to buy for? Cody's Dad
8. Easiest person to buy for? My Mom
9. Do you have a nativity scene? Yeah we have two b/c we are super holy and never want to forget the real meaning of CHRISTmas
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail and we do the super cheap ones from Wal-mart
11.Worst Christmas gift you ever received? not saying b/c I don't want to hurt any ones feelings...but mom it was never one you gave me
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? Elf
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? Um...I haven't yet so thats not looking to promising
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? Absolutely especially the dirty santa gifts (not this year though I got Vanilla Bean hand soap and lotion set!!!!! Thanks melissa for letting me steal from you!)
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? All the sides and my moms sugar cookies out of the freezer
16. Lights on the tree? Yes (all white)
17. Favorite Christmas song? Carpenters Christmas Album
18.Travel at Christmas or stay home? Travel to be with family which feels like home
19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer's? you betcha....donner, blitzen, cupid, comet, danser, pranser, john, matt, jaclyn, katy, your mom, and rudolph
20. Angel on the tree top or a star? Not a tree topper kind of girl, and I actually got a star this year trying to make myself a tree topper kind of girl and when I put it on it was so heavy it bent the top half of my tree over and fell off
21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? For sure Morning, I don't get the whole opening on Christmas eve thing
22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? That everyone is so merry and jolly...haha just kidding...probably that people freak out when there are long lines...it's the same thing as like when you are driving home at 5:30 and so put out that there is traffic...its called rush hour...this is the holiday season therefor = long lines
23. Favorite ornament theme or color? sentimental ornaments that have meaning
24. What do you want for Christmas this year? World peace....and some clothes

You've not done your shopping yet??? Oh my gosh, I would have a heart attack from the stress that would cause me. You're welcome for "letting" you steal from me. I can see why you like it, it smells so good. My sweet sister in law gave me a big bottle of body wash b/c she didn't like it so much. So, I got some. I enjoyed your list. Thanks for sharing.
