Stella turned 1 on December 18. It was so crazy to think that I had watched her grow for 9 months! Cody and I had so much fun picking out her birthday present. It was a big hit. I got my nephew a stuffed animal for his first birthday as well...also a big hit. Stuffed animal for 1st birthday= jackpot present! I was so thankful to be invited to her party and get to be a part of her first cupcake/present opening experience. Here are some pictures from the event

excited I was about giving Stella that! Giving a 1 yr. old a present for your satisfaction...pathetic :)
It is so sweet how Cody loves Stella he calls her "little monster" b/c she reminds him of
the little girl that dresses up as a monster on the movie Monsters Inc.

that is the biggest bear! we miss you guys!! i got spoiled over Christmas getting to be in the same house for a WEEK!
