Day 2 of Project Cut

So It is the morning 7:00 AM to be exact. The good news is I don't feel hungry so thats nice. I woke up and had a little bit of coffee black (1/2 cup) and now I am going to head up to the gym to do my first round of cardio. I know you reap the most benefits from doing cardio first thing in morning before you eat breakfast so I am attempting to implement that this week.

Side Note: There is a common misconception that I wake up every day with a smile on my face and I roll over to Cody and I say, "I just can't wait to work out today! I love working out it is my favorite. There is nothing I would rather do except go to the gym and sweat!" I seriously have people tell me all the time...."Yeah but you love working out!" Truth is I don't love working out in fact probably 60-65% of the time I battle just putting it off and going home, but I love the way I feel after I work out, and I enjoy the mental, physical, and emotional benefits. Some weeks are better than others and I can go to the gym with ease. Some weeks it takes everything with in me to get myself there.
So, so far so good although i guess I have only had about 30 min. to even try and screw things up!
9:18 PM
And here is the recap for the day:
30 min. of cardio intervals on the elliptical
Meal 1: Rolled oats with water
Meal 2: half chicken breast and about 3/4 cup brown rice
20 min. elliptical intervals 20 min. treadmill at 7.0, ab work
(I missed meal 3 due to my work out.....BAD IDEA!!!!! I have to eat every 3 hours)
Meal 4: I was sick from not eating meal three so I didn't feel like eating I made a 4 egg white omlette with spinach leaves and onions...I ate about 1/4 of it and then had a handful of almonds and a protein shake (lactose free!)
Meal 5: 1/4 chicken breast and a handful of almonds with some sleepy time tea

I managed to drink 3 nalgene bottles worth of water (about 3L). I learned a hard lesson today...I must eat every three hours or I will feel sick!
Till tomorrow...

I am so proud of you. Keep up with it! You're going to look awesome and he'll be so proud of your dedication. Ugh, that's the worst feeling sick from not eating.
