Day 4 Project Cut

Ok so yesterday went much better! I got some really good news too. 2 different gyms are going to let me start co-teaching for zumba. Fit for her and the YMCA. I can't wait to get started with that. Cody's surgery got put off till next Tuesday so that is kind of nice that we have this weekend together pain free! Here is the recap for yesterday

30 min. cardio intervals on elliptical
Meal 1: rolled oats with water
*coffee with a little bit of non dairy creamer
Meal 2: (I forgot to bring it with me when I took stella out so it kinda got missed...dang it!)
Meal 3: Chicken breast and protein shake
30 min. of zumba (but it was EXTREMELY low intensity so I left the class) finished with 30 min. of full body weights
Meal 4: Almonds, tilapia, and broccoli
I had some sugar-free apple cider cause it has only like 30 mg. of sodium and I needed something a little sweet

all in all a really good day. It wasn't to bad. I have to admit that the hardest part is at night. I find myself just wanting to go to sleep so I don't have to think about how boring my diet is right now :) Tomorrow (witch is actually today) I am starting to cut all carbs I have slowly done this by at first having oatmeal in the morning and rice in the afternoon. I have cut the rice out, and next is the oatmeal. Thanks for all your support it really helps having a place to write all this. I like the accountability! Hope you have a great day!

I like reading about your day! It is a different philosophy, "eat to live/live to eat". Good stuff to think about.
