So I have realized that on this little diet/project I get really really fussy at night! Cody has been such a trouper through it all. So supportive, making me chicken and letting me be exhausted! Here is the recap from yesterday
30 min. cardio intervals on Elliptical/ 12 min. of sprinting intervals on treadmill
Meal 1: 4 egg white omlette with spinach leaves
1 cup of coffee
Meal 2: Protein shake
Meal 3: Chicken breast
30 min. of cario intervals on elliptical
Meal 4: Almonds/ spinach leaves with half chicken breast and a little olive oil and vinegar
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! I couldn't wait to weigh myself...shoot...I started Sunday morning at 133 and today I was 128 we shall see by Sunday! I am slowly starting to strip my water...it's making me pissy...no pun intended

Oh man, on that diet I would be SO cranky!! I probably could have done it this week though...I didn't eat much as it was cause I felt so bad. You are almost done!!! Wow, 5 pounds in a week and you were already so fit. You planned that diet really well!
I am so proud of you! 5 lbs is so awesome! Great job. You're almost there!
